Payment Methods:We accept payments through Paypal, UPI, Razorpay & Cards. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms

Ownership:All intellectual property rights in the materials and content we create for you as part of our Services ("Deliverables") are owned by us until full payment is received. Upon full payment, we will transfer the ownership of the Deliverables to you, subject to any third-party rights.
License: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content, logos, and trademarks solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Confidentiality

We both agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our relationship. This obligation of confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
